RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your order! We hope you’re pleased with your purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied, you’re welcome to return it for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Please refer to the details of our return policy below.

RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and labels intact.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at enquiries@computerhype.co.uk to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging along with the provided return form, and send it to the following address:

Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

International Orders (Including Northern Ireland & the Republic of Ireland)

We welcome international customers. However, we are required to declare the value of items being shipped. This may result in customs duties, taxes, and/or VAT in your country, which are the customer's responsibility. Please review your local customs and VAT regulations before placing an order. We do not accommodate requests to undervalue items on customs forms.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to five (5) days after receiving your return for processing. Refunds may take an additional 3-5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank. For payments made through Klarna or PayPal, any partial payments will be refunded, and the credit agreement will be cancelled. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Damaged Items

If your package was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us directly to arrange a refund or exchange.

FAQs

How can I check my order status?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email to help you track its progress. Once your order is dispatched, we will send another email with the expected delivery date and a tracking link (if available with the selected shipping method). You can also check your order status anytime in the "Order History" section of your account on our website.

Is it possible to change my order?

Orders can only be change if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once your order status shows as "preparing for shipping," "shipping," or "delivered," we are unable to make any changes. If you need to update your order, please contact our support team via the helpdesk.

What is the shipping time for my order?

After placing your order, it typically takes 12-24 hours to process it for shipment.

The standard shipping times for the countries covered by our delivery partners are as follows. You can view them when selecting a delivery method before confirming your order:

  • United Kingdom (Mainland): 1-3 days
  • United Kingdom (Overseas): 3-5 days
  • Europe: 5-10 days
Do you accept returns?

We allow returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased from our online store
  • The item is unopened, unused, and all seals are intact
  • A return or exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • The return is completed within 14 days of the request

Is it possible to exchange an item?

We do offer exchanges, and they follow the same conditions as returns.

To request an exchange, please specify that you would like to exchange your item for another when preparing your return with our support team.

Are returns free of charge?

Returns are not free unless the item is faulty. The customer is responsible for the postage costs when returning an item.

If you receive a faulty item, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return it to us.

What is the processing time for a return?

Returns are processed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

Once your return is accepted, any reimbursement, exchange, or credit will be issued within 14 days.
